Rob Killen is a Holistic Health and Wellness Life Coach who transforms the physical, emotional and spiritual well-being of his clients through the Peace Benefits principles. Rob developed and patented the Peace Benefits after realizing there was a universal need for a more comprehensive model and approach in helping people improve in all dimensions of wellness.

Rob got his professional start by serving his country in the United States Air Force, where he was awarded the Air Force Achievement Medal for helping make the Reese Air Force Base Athletic Program one of the most effective and successful in the Air Force.

For the past twenty-six years, Rob has held managerial positions for many high-profile companies in the health and wellness industry, including Nautilus, the Army Navy Country Club and Gym Source. Rob has an extensive background in building 7-figure businesses from the ground up. Rob sold his last business interest in 2019 to pursue his passion of helping others improve their lives through the Peace Benefits.

Rob holds a Bachelor's Degree in Education from Wayland Baptist University, and a Master's Degree in Public Administration from George Mason University. Rob is a Certified Life Coach and Certified Career Transitions Coach through the Coach Training Alliance, a Certified Personal Trainer and Behavior Change Specialist through the American Council on Exercise, a Certified Nutrition Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and is certified in the Emotional Quotient-Inventory EQ-i 2.0®, the world’s leading assessment tool used for evaluating and measuring emotional and social intelligence. Rob won several bodybuilding titles in the early-mid 90s, culminating with winning the middleweight division at the 1994 Mid-USA Championships.
