Kelly told me in the beginning that she thought I would end up being a size 6 when I reached my goal. In the back of my mind I didn’t believe it because I had never been a solid size 6 ever in my life.
I will gladly admit that I was wrong because in 8 months of working with Kelly and following her plan I was able to reach my maintenance weight of 150-155 and am able to wear a size 6 comfortably.
