Jill Johnson MS.
Coach
Jill has been an avid athlete from the age of 10, swimming year-round through the Ohio YMCA program, then finishing her swimming career at Norwich University as a NCAA All American in the 200 Butterfly. Jill earned her Bachelor of Science in Communication in 1999 and was commissioned in the United States Army, where she served eight years as a commissioned officer.

For over fifteen years, Kelsey has been passionate about fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. An avid figure skater from childhood through college, Kelsey spent the majority of her free time training for her sport, and knew at a young age that she wanted to have a career in the field.
Rob Killen

Rob Killen is a Holistic Health and Wellness Life Coach who transforms the physical, emotional and spiritual well-being of his clients through the Peace Benefits principles. Rob developed and patented the Peace Benefits after realizing there was a universal need for a more comprehensive model and approach in helping people improve in all dimensions of wellness.
Kayla Forsythe

Kayla was born and raised in Norfolk, VA and now resides in sunny San Diego as a proud dog mom and military wife. She has lived in and traveled to a multitude of countries including Japan, France, Spain, Italy, and Portugal. She and her husband share an enthusiasm for fitness, nutrition and living a balanced lifestyle.
Roseanne Miller
Office Manager
Roseanne has been married 30 years to the love of her life, Phil. Together, they have two adult children and two grandchildren. She was born and raised in Upstate NY. The military brought her to Virginia in 1993. Roseanne is a former court reporter who turned in her steno machine to raise her children.
Jennifer Rothemich
Lead Coach
Jennifer has a passion for using healthy lifestyles to promote personal health and wellness as well as prevent and combat the onset of chronic diseases such as obesity, type II diabetes, and heart disease proactively. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from William and Mary and her Master of Science in Nutrition Education from American University.
Chrissy Shuey
Coach
Chrissy Shuey grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and began her love of ballet and dancing at the age of three. Her love of dance evolved into sports and athletics, which led to receiving her Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Medicine and a BA in psychology from Duquesne University in 2002.
Zoe Barnette

With experience ranging from the Corporate Business World, Non-Profit entities and even Entrepreneurship; Zoe has worked in the communications/marketing and graphic/print design industry for more than 15 years. She is a dedicated problem solver and is always eager to learn new things.
