Rob developed and patented the Peace Benefits after realizing there was a universal need for a more comprehensive model and approach in helping people improve in all dimensions of wellness.
Rachael Higginbotham

Rachael is a native of Wisconsin and has been living in Virginia for 20 + years as a military wife. She is also a mother to 6 children. After starting her family and juggling motherhood and a deployed husband, Rachael realized the significance self-care and nutrition had on her overall health.

With over a decade of experience in the health and fitness industry, Carole brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her coaching practice.
Jennifer Koenig
KKW Coach
Jennifer Koenig grew up in Toronto, Canada. Her love of fitness began at the age of 14 when she would spend her free time in the gym. After graduating from Ryerson University in Toronto with a Bachelor’s degree in business, she began her career in the corporate world. Luckily, her move to Florida in 2007 was the push she needed to make the career change to fitness…and she never looked back!

Jill has been an avid athlete from the age of 10, swimming year-round through the Ohio YMCA program, then finishing her swimming career at Norwich University as a NCAA All American in the 200 Butterfly. Jill earned her Bachelor of Science in Communication in 1999 and was commissioned in the United States Army, where she served eight years as a commissioned officer.
Kelsey Robarts

For over twenty years, Kelsey has been passionate about health, wellness, and fitness. As an avid figure skater from childhood through college, Kelsey spent most of her free time training for her sport and knew at a very young age that she wanted to have a career in the fitness and nutrition world. Following receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management and Marketing and Marshall University, she followed that dream of helping others and furthered her education in Nutrition.
Chrissy Shuey
KKW Coach
Chrissy Shuey grew up in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and began her love of ballet and dancing at the age of three. Her love of dance evolved into sports and athletics, which led to receiving her Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Medicine and a BA in psychology from Duquesne University in 2002. Chrissy continued on to earn her Master's Degree in Rehabilitative Science from Clarion University in 2004. Â
Kylie Sandberg
Intern
Kylie Sandberg has a distinct passion for health, wellness, nutrition, and working out. She spent her early years on a farm in Smithfield, Virginia, until high school and now attends Old Dominion University, where she is pursuing a degree in healthcare administration, set to graduate in the spring of 2025.
Jane Bruso

As a small-town girl, growing up in northern Michigan, Jane and her twin sister had countless opportunities to develop their athleticism and sharpen their competitiveness no matter the season. From hiking, trail running, and basketball in the summer, to skiing in the winter, every season was an opportunity to build on the gains from the last.
Jordan Boyer
KKW Coach
Jordan grew up in a military family and has lived coast to coast. Texas is where she currently resides with her family. Jordan has worked in the health and wellness industry for over a decade. Her career began as a Wellness Director for NASA while she juggled being a fitness competitor and equestrian athlete. She obtained her Bachelors in Exercise Science from Liberty University, has been certified CrossFit L1, and most recently as a Sports Nutritionist from NASM.
Alison Morrone
KKW Coach
The combination of health, fitness, and helping others have been Alison’s passions from an early age. She grew up in Richmond, Virginia, playing sports and riding horses competitively. While pursuing her undergraduate degree in Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise at Virginia Tech, she also trained and ran several marathons.
Yoanna Vaughan

Yoanna was born and raised in Vermont, has lived in Boston, Los Angeles and Oahu but is back in Vermont navigating life wearing many hats as a girl mom, wife, dog mom in addition to chef, house cleaner, chauffer and the list goes on! Secretly, her heart and soul belong in the sun. Yoanna spent most of her post-college adult life working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis and became a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst, serving the population of those with autism spectrum disorder and other disabilities.
Roseanne Miller
KKW Office Manager
Roseanne has been married 30 years to the love of her life, Phil. Together, they have two adult children and two grandchildren. She was born and raised in Upstate NY. The military brought her to Virginia in 1993. Roseanne is a former court reporter who turned in her steno machine to raise her children.
