HOW LIFE HAS CHANGED

Food used to be an afterthought for me, almost a chore that had to be completed each day, so I gave it little thought and thus little effort. Now, I am deliberate with what I choose to put in my body. I plan it weekly, I prepare it and I enjoy every last bite of it!  I finally started praising my body for all it had accomplished and am rewarding it with healthy and delicious food!  My goals when starting coaching were to wear (proudly) a two piece bathing suit, to have more energy, and to be able to sleep on my back again. Silly to some, but what I needed. I have accomplished ALL THREE!  

THEIR STORY

No more being exhausted at the end of each day!  This new life has made me so much happier and has made everything I do easier to accomplish because my body is functioning as is was meant to and not weighed down by excess.

WHY WAS OUR MODEL DIFFERENT FROM OTHER ATTEMPTS?

This model of health has taught me it is ok to EAT!  I have tried everything and end up starving by the end of the day. Never once have I been so hungry or nutrition deprived that I wanted to binge eat.

WEIGHT LOSS

My goal when I signed up for coaching was to lose weight, and this time, keep it off.  I was in coaching for ten months and I lost 18 pounds and 18 inches.  That is what I lost, but what I gained was even more important - balance!  Over ten months I learned balance through birthday celebrations, holidays, travel and vacations.

You know that person that you always see at the gym but they never seem to lose any weight?  That was me.  I love working out and never missed a gym day, yet I was almost always overweight.

WHY WAS OUR MODEL DIFFERENT FROM OTHER ATTEMPTS?

I always knew what to do, but after decades of stopping and starting, I made the decision to hire a coach to guide me through a year of real life, with all of its ups and downs. Knowing my coach was in my corner and that she was always a call or a text away to help me, to guide me, to encourage me was invaluable.  When I had a misstep, she was always right there to help me reframe my thoughts and encourage me to keep going.

WEIGHT LOSS

So far, I have lost 33.8 pounds, am fitting back into my pants, I have found a new passion for meal prepping with single ingredient foods, and I am becoming even more active than I already was!

 With the help of my coach, I have learned what is healthy and sustainable for me and have never felt like I am depriving myself which makes this a lifestyle I can adopt!

This model was different because I had a person to go to with my questions and for support.  This program also focuses not just on the scale but so many other non-scale victories that even if my weight was up, I didn’t feel like a failure.

WHY WAS OUR MODEL DIFFERENT FROM OTHER ATTEMPTS?

I did not have to starve myself. I have lots of support and approved recipes that I can use if I choose. I have accountability. I have a Facebook page full of people who are going through the same thing I am so I do not feel isolated. 

THEIR STORY

My experience was amazing. I have never been able to lose much weight on any nutrition plan except when competing. Once I competed I did not know how to reverse it properly. Jodi and KKW gave me amazing results above and beyond my wildest expectations.

WEIGHT LOSS

 I lose 29 lbs and it was not the muscle I worked so hard to gain. I have learned how to make good choices with food. I have learned to be confident and not let peer pressure take over. I have learned that I don’t need alcohol to fit in. Thank you KKW

THEIR STORY

I am so happy I signed up last year with KKWELLNESS. It’s amazing how much I have learned about food. I never thought I could loose weight until I began my journey with KKWellness. I now know that it’s so important to eat 6 small meals a day and that it’s ok to eat carbs and some sugar. I lost a total of 25 lbs and have kept it off for over a year. I now prep my meals weekly so that I always have food on hand.

I tried Weight Watchers twice but never lost because it was too hard to count points. With KKWellness you get to eat what you like and you do t have to count points. When you get a meal plan everything is right there on what you can eat. I highly recommend this company.

I have always had low self-esteem and I finally am feeling so much better about myself inside and out. Lauren Belvins has helped me not only with learning how to eat clean but has helped me find myself! I wasn't necessary over weight as many would say just a little pudgy I lost 20 lbs and feel so much better inside and out!

I would always eat under and not eat healthy to loose and it would just come right back once I made the weight goal. It didn't last. Right back to eating and old habits.

at this, not this”. I’d never worked with a coach 1:1 but I can say without a doubt, that the accountability, the consistent, stable encouragement and redirecting my coach provided was invaluable to this process.
 

We’d troubleshoot, strategize, and she worked with me to evaluate both successes and failures along the way. It’s not perfection, it’s consistency!

Simply put: I walked away confidently from coaching with the knowledge, tools, and strategies to navigate nutrition and wellness successfully. It’s not rigid. No gimmicks.

 

I cooked my own food, no crazy supplements, just balanced whole-food nutrition. Take it from the girl who has been the same weight and body composition her entire adult life- if I can do it, you can do it.

 

Consistency and trusting the process even when the scale didn’t budge-that’s what delivered success.

Through the 8 week challenge, I lost 8 pounds and developed a better understanding of food as fuel. With my coach, I have spent a lot of time reflecting on nutrition and developing a mindset shift towards the 80/20 lifestyle. This is an amazing and supportive community!

Wow! This was the best experience ever! Loved Coach Jodi and all she put out there for me! NSV’s are 38.875 inches lost and 17 lbs, I feel amazing in my skin and grace and failing up are with me every day, meal prepping and water are priority ! I went off 3 medications prescribed for rheumatoid arthritis.  I have peace when it comes to my meal choices.  I no longer experience the highs and lows of hunger and undereating.

Lifelong sustainability is the number 1 difference.  I eat real food from all food groups.  I have balance in my food choices.
