We would love to work one-on-one

with you to fulfill your health goals. 


Workout Plan




workout plan will be written exclusive to the needs of the client by a certified personal trainer and coach with KKWellness.


A thorough assessment will be taken, a phone conference and assessment of pictures.


A two week alternating workout program

will be written based on the specific goals of the client to include strength training and cardio considerations.


An electronic copy of the plan will be delivered of all of the workouts.
