Friday we will have water for the afternoon pre-conference break out sessions and we advise registrants to eat a good lunch prior to arrival. Pack a snack and we will do our best to offer something in the swags. Saturday includes a continental grab breakfast (a light fare of grab and go choices Saturday morning from 8-9:30 AM) and a buffet lunch of build your own protein bowls. Water, tea and coffee will be served. Two of the three ticket options include these meals. Our networking mocktail hour is included in the VIP option and is available for a 79$ add on for the other two ticket options. This ticket option for food sold out 9/13 and meals will be included for VIP and The Full Experience Pass which was open from 2/1/26- Sept 13, 2026

It is business casual. Dress in layers as the air conditioning in venues can vary…plus you know that time of life – we never know when a hot flash may come!

A mat, towel and water is all you will need. We will do our best to bring any spare mats. The lawn at the hotel where it is going to be hosted by @beccatebonfit. The area will have soft grass and a towel can also be used for comfort and support. It is a quick 30 minute class from 6:30-7 AM Saturday morning. There will be giveaways for attending by the instructor and fitness collaborator for the event Becca Tebon. As we get closer we will ask for RSVP's and numbers.

Yes we will have enough protein and balanced macros to support a vegan and vegetarian preference. There will be be an animal and fish protein source for the protein bowl buffet on Saturday afternoon.

The pre-conference breakouts, the mocktail hour after the pre-conference and the yoga are all optional, however, we truly encourage you to attend. The pre-conference sessions and pilates class are both a part of all ticket options. The mocktail hour is the only add-on for the conference. This add on is 79$ and limited. If you did not add it on to the regular ticket you may ask to be invoiced. If you are a VIP, you already get access to this small reception of networking.

Yes, the conference center does offer valet parking.

We are offering the opportunity to earn up to 5 CME credits. Additional fees apply for participants who choose to take advantage of this option. During registration, you’ll have the chance to indicate your interest in CME credits through Pinnacle. A member of the KK Wellness team will follow up with you directly to coordinate the details. This 1 hour private event with sponsors, presenters, maybe Dr. Kelly Casperson ( our keynote speaker if she arrived in time ) and the VIP ticket holders.
