Turkey Sausage For Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner

Check out these KKW approved turkey patties for breakfast (or lunch or dinner!)


2 lbs ground Turkey or ground chicken (be sure to check that the skin is not ground in with the product- this will raise the fat considerably)

1T Truvia brown sugar

1 1/2 t pepper

1 TBS ground sage

1 1/2 t thyme

1 TBS marjoram

1 TBS red pepper flakes


Throw all the spices in ... and mix well.

Create flat turkey patties and brown on flat skillet medium heat or in the air fryer at 350 for 13 min. 2 oz each.

Use non- calorie cooking spray!

Weigh after cooked.
