Sargeant Reynolds Community College in Richmond, Virginia. With her medical background, she recognizes the value in using proper nutrition as a method of preventative care for your health and well-being. In 2019, she was drawn to KKW by the behavioral approach to long term sustainable weight loss. Rachel was our first Ambassador and her desire to learn more has led her to earning her Certification in Nutrition Coaching through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and will continue further education with Precision Nutrition and obtaining her Personal Training Certification.

In her free time, she enjoys traveling, hiking, working out, snowboarding, trying new foods, cooking at home, live music, and spending quality time with friends and family. As a Behavioral Nutrition Coach, Rachel is eager to help you reach your health, wellness, and lifestyle goals by providing 1:1 services with KK Wellness Consulting. She will help you create a balanced lifestyle that works for you and develop a healthy relationship with food by educating you on how to make better choices in a world that is centered on food and alcohol. “I am so thankful I have been able to turn my passion into a career to help others work through the same challenges I’ve been through myself, and I am so proud and grateful to work alongside best team in the business and serve this community. I want to help you get out of your own way and reach that next level. Let’s get to work!” – Coach Rachel
