THE COURSE?
ANYONE WHO IS IN THE MAINTENANCE PHASE OF THEIR HEALTHY JOURNEY, AS WELL AS THOSE WHO ANTICIPATE MOVING FROM A WEIGHT LOSS TO A WEIGHT MAINTENANCE PHASE.
