I thought my main goal was to lose all the weight and in that regard I'm not quite there. However, changing binging behaviors and building up my confidence in myself proved to be even more of a goal and to that I succeeded!

72% of coaching clients “strongly agreed” with the statement “I feel having a coach was paramount to my success at the lifestyle and weight loss” and 16% stated that they “agree.”

In our follow-up surveys taken at 3, 6, 9 and 12 months post-coaching,  82% of coaching clients had maintained their weight loss.

Clients that received a custom nutrition plan were asked if they felt they could sustain and enjoy the meal plan and 88% said “yes.”
