Easy Homemade Strawberry Fro-Yo Pops

Updated: May 30, 2019

We don't know about you, but WE REFUSE to live a life without dessert. Diets are not our game. And Summer calls for ice cream!

What's our trick? It's not about avoiding certain groups of foods or placing labels on food as "good" or "bad", but rather about being educated on what's in most mass-produced products and making our OWN healthy versions that taste just as good as the "real deal"!

These Strawberry Frozen Yogurt Popsicles are perfect for a hot day or to nip those post-meal treat cravings. Best of all, it's all natural ingredients, dairy-free, and will keep you on the road towards whatever health and fitness goals you have.

{Dairy-free, All Natural, No Refined Sugar, Vegan, Low-Fat Dessert}

Ingredients

· 1-1/4 cups coconut yogurt, plain unsweetened

· 10 medium strawberries

· 3-1/2 Tbsp. pure maple syrup

· 1/8 tsp. pure vanilla extract

· 6 Popsicle molds {we recommend this set from Amazon}

Directions

1. Slice strawberries length-wise, tops removed, approximately 1/8" thick. Set aside.

2. Mix coconut yogurt, maple syrup & pure vanilla extract in a bowl {a regular fork or spoon is all you need}. Mix until well blended.

3. Taking each Popsicle mold individually, hold in your hand at an angle. Lay strawberry slices along the sides of the mold. Drop coconut yogurt mixture into each with a small spoon. Add more strawberry slices to other side as you fill each one if you'd like strawberries to be seen from both sides. This way, they stay in place.

4. Freeze until solid. {I recommend overnight}.

5. EAT!!!

Servings = Makes 6 Popsicles
