Born and raised in the Virginia Beach area, Rachel grew up living an active lifestyle. While attending college at VCU, she discovered the weight room and developed an intense interest in fitness and nutrition. This led her to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science.Â
Since then, Rachel has engaged in numerous diverse fitness activities, including competition powerlifting, racing in a Spartan Race, and rock climbing. In her free time, you can find her playing Spikeball at the beach, rock climbing in the mountains, or at home with her 2 cats trying out new recipes.
Working as a personal trainer over the last 6 years, she discovered her passion for helping people create a healthy and sustainable lifestyle that they love and can carry on for the rest of their lives. She later became drawn towards the nutrition aspect of health and fitness, earning her certification as a Sports Nutrition Coach through NASM. She believes it's possible for everyone to find not only exercise that is effective and enjoyable, but also food that you love and look forward to eating every single day.Â
Rachel’s approach is to meet her clients where they are in their nutrition journey and help them find meals that fit their unique taste, lifestyle, and individual goals.  She helps each client look their best, feel their best, and perform their best.  This translates to exceling in all other aspects of life - not for 6 weeks or 6 months, but for the rest of your life.
