Kayla Forsythe

Kayla was born and raised in Norfolk, VA and now resides in sunny San Diego as a proud dog mom and military wife. She has lived in and traveled to a multitude of countries including Japan, France, Spain, Italy, and Portugal. She and her husband share an enthusiasm for fitness, nutrition and living a balanced lifestyle.
She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Science and her Master’s Degree in Education from Old Dominion University. Here is where Kayla learned the importance of behavior modification and application. As an educator, she recognized the significance of prioritizing her health and nutrition because you must help yourself before you can help others.
After experiencing the behavioral coaching model, Kayla decided to take her passion for education to a new territory. She obtained her Nutrition Coach certification through NASM and is working towards receiving her Wellness Coaching certification at the Spencer Institute. She has always had a love for fitness and wellness and now wants to help others achieve their goals. She believes that prolonged stress and illness can be combatted with proper nutrition and positive daily habits, because it’s all about longevity!
