Getting What you want is SO SIMPLE ,But it's not easy! That is an oxymoron, isn't it? We have the HOW and it is one behavior after the other AWAY--- So, why don't we have what we want? It comes from one word. The WORD "FINE". I Am FINE. You know that "word" when someone asks you - How are you?
Tell yourself the truth. Are you fine? Don't live in FINE. Stating it convinces yourself YOU ARE FINE RIGHT WHERE YOU ARE. If there is any area of you life where you want to change, NEWS FLASH !! YOU WILL NEVER FEEL LIKE IT. ONCE AGAIN...... I REPEAT...... YOU WILL NEVER FEEL LIKE IT
It is our job to PARENT ourselves to do the things we don't want to do and to have the things we have never had..... wait for it.... it s called work. Work you say?
To maintain what you have earned --- YEP it it takes work. It is a continual evolution to feel discomfort to grow into who we dream to be--- don't dream. State it and be IT. The next time you think to do something --- don't put thought- JUST DO IT. This is called "activation Energy". The more you put it into practice, the easier it is.
It is simple to get what you want---- YOU HAVE TO FORCE YOURSELF. It is a break from the routine. If you listen to how you feel when it comes to what you want, you will NOT get it and you will never get it.
