Growing up, nutrition and exercise were important values in Kayla’s life. Once in college, she realized she wanted to do more with her passion for fitness and became an NASM certified personal trainer in 2014.
Kayla also holds a diploma in advanced nutrition and fitness. Kayla has helped numerous clients reach their personal goals through exercise and nutrition services.
In addition, as a Psychology graduate, she will incorporate nutrition with health psychology and continue working in the field of health and fitness as she pursues future certifications with an emphasis on nutrition and disordered eating. She is passionate about providing clients with lifestyle choices to better their health and overall well-being.
