The combination of health, fitness, and helping others have been Alison’s passions from an early age. She grew up in Richmond, Virginia, playing sports and riding horses competitively. While pursuing her undergraduate degree in Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise at Virginia Tech, she also trained and ran several marathons. After her time at Virginia Tech, she completed her Master’s in Education for School Counseling at Virginia Commonwealth University and later her Educational Leadership and Policy Studies Certificate from the University of Richmond. While working in several different high schools across the country as a school counselor, she also worked as a bootcamp instructor and personal trainer.
Alison currently resides in Germany as a military spouse with two young children and her beloved goldendoodle. She is dedicated to serving others and encouraging them to become the best version of themselves. Her joy is derived from seeing others succeed, and she is always on a pursuit to improve herself so that she can, in turn, help others.
